Cwynion Ysgol

Yn Ysgol Min y Ddol, rydym wedi ymrwymo i ddelio'n effeithiol ag unrhyw bryderon neu gwynion a allai fod gennych am ein darpariaeth.

Fel rheol gellir setlo unrhyw bryderon sydd gennych am addysg eich plentyn trwy siarad â'r pennaeth, yr athro/athrawes dosbarth neu aelod arall o staff.

Gwneud Cwyn Ffurfiol
Os oes gennych gŵyn am ein hysgol, rhaid i chi wneud eich cwyn yn uniongyrchol atom ni.

Rhaid i gyrff llywodraethu pob ysgol a gynhelir yng Nghymru, gan gynnwys ysgolion meithrin, sefydlu gweithdrefnau ar gyfer delio â chwynion gan rieni, disgyblion, aelodau staff, llywodraethwyr, aelodau o'r gymuned ac eraill.

 

School Complaints

At Ysgol mIn y Ddol, we are committed to dealing effectively with any concerns or complaints you may have about our provision.

Any concerns you have about your child’s education can normally be settled by speaking to the head teacher, class teacher or other member of staff. 

 

Making a Formal Complaint

 

If you have a complaint about our school, you must make your complaint directly to us.

We recommend that you ask us for a copy of our complaints policy so that you can understand exactly how we will handle your complaint. Please see the policy below. 

 

The governing bodies of all maintained schools in Wales, including nursery schools, must establish procedures for dealing with complaints from parents, pupils, members of staff, governors, members of the community and others.
